Up next is the Burbs!

John and Jennifer are doing a good job at sharing the responsibility of teaching Henry his toddler skills.

The family spends a lot of their free time just skilling. Lucy rolls wants for different skills, and John and Jennifer are focusing on career related skills when they roll the wants for it.

Jennifer was just trying to make herself some lunch and she started a fire instead.

John keeps working on teaching Henry his toddler skills.

Jennifer rolled a want to go swimming, so I add a narrow pool to their tiny backyard.

Looks like another Burb is on the way!

Jennifer is so close to the top of the career that she's not going to let pregnancy stop her from going to work and getting promotions.

Lucy wants to get into private school, so the Headmaster is invited over.

Henry grows up.

Neither John nor Jennifer were successful at schmoozing the Headmaster, so I ended up having to have Lucy step in.

Luckily Lucy was much better, and she and Henry both get into private school.

John, what are you DOING?! Your pregnant wife is downstairs.

I kinda wish that the Sims would roll wants to break up, because I never know what to do when sims have an affair and get caught. Let me know if you think John and Jennifer should break up or try to make it work!

Lucy seems to be unaware of the turmoil her parents are going through and is getting her first kiss out of Ricky Cormier.

I kept the affair going with a date, but since John is already married he didn't roll any wants about getting married to Brandi. She of course rolled a want to get married to him.

Jennifer goes into labor and has James.

Lucy asks Ricky on a date, but since they're both Romance sims they didn't roll any commitment type wants. I'm a little sad that Lucy isn't Family this time around since she usually ends up having a lot of cute kids and I'm weirdly sad at the fact that she might not have as many if any kids in this playthrough.
