Rowan moving out puts the town at 10 households, which means a new community lot has been unlocked, so there's now a cemetery in Woodpine Valley! And the SM also went up, so the population is now over a hundred. :)

With the building of a schoolhouse (it’s a shell), Education is officially unlocked! I took the required money out of the Darcy’s funds so it’s all according to my interpretation of the rules.
