Harding Baby Boomers | Part Seven
Jan. 15th, 2018 02:34 pm
Welcome back! Last time there were a lot of birthdays (just like every week), and twins Barb and Birgit were born. Bonnie and Benjen both aged up and moved out at the end of the week as well. Let's jump right on into it, shall we?
Current Household:
Jefferson Harding, dad
Jordan Harding, mom
Bitterblue Harding, girl 4/12
Barristan Harding, boy 2/12
Beatrice Harding, girl 5/12
Ben Harding, boy 3/12
Baldor Harding, boy 4/12
Brian Harding, boy 5/12
Brooke Harding, girl 6/12
Billy Harding, boy 6/12
Barb Harding, girl 7/12
Birgit Harding, girl 8/12

The week starts with Bitterblue helping take care of the twins before heading off to school.

Jefferson fixes the clogged toilet since Jordan is still asleep and all the kids are at school (other than the twins who aren't old enough yet).

Once she wakes up, Jordan continues teaching the twins their toddler skills.

And then she and Jefferson sit down to a nice quiet breakfast together.

And then it's back to the toddler skilling grindstone.

I finally started working on some actual landscaping outside. I'm not good at landscaping,
but I'm going to try so that the house isn't super boring outside. I'm trying to be better in general about actually decorating, instead of just having the bare minimum in the houses.

Jordan is pregnant again! Hopefully she has another boy (or two) so that the numbers are closer to even.

Jefferson woke up as well and since it was three in the morning and they were both up, they woohooed. ;)

Jordan changed into a dress that has a pregnancy morph because her other dress didn't.

I want to try and boost Jordan's aspiration, so she asks Jefferson on a date since he has the day off.

I only took a few pictures of their date, but it was a dream date.

Jefferson maxed creativity and completed a new LTW! His new one is to Become Hand of Poseidon.

He looks for a job in Oceanography right away but isn't able to find one for a few days.

Bitterblue maxed cooking.

Second bump.

It's time for Bitterblue's birthday!

That's a VERY low neckline you've got there, Bitterblue.

In the morning, Bitterblue cleans up around the house while waiting for Jordan to wake up and paint her portrait.

Before the end of the day, the portrait is done!

And with that, another kid has left the family home!

There's no resting for this household. It's time for Billy and Brooke to grow up!

Brooke is Romance/Fortune with the LTW WooHoo with 10 Different Sims, and Billy is Pleasure/Romance with the LTW Have 10 Simultaneous Lovers.

Billy and Brooke aren't the only set of twins aging up tonight; it's Barb and Brigit's turn too! Barb is up first and is super cute. She might be my new favorite.

A heavily pregnant Jordan helps Brigit grow up before crawling into bed.

Several hours later, Jordan goes into labor!

Only one baby this time

Another barely missed doodad! Beatrice maxed cooking.

The house got a huge makeover outside because I finally had Jordan use the genie lamp to wish for wealth. I want to add more stuff because it still feels empty in places, but I'm not sure what else to add.

Jordan has been working on her charisma skill in her free time and she finally managed to max it!

Someone has to make sure the yard still looks nice, right?

Baldor has been on the exercise bike a lot and he managed to max body.

Bianca grew up!

Meanwhile Jefferson woke up before the sun was even up to head off to his first day in Oceanography.

Barristan is usually the first one up, so I rope him into starting to teach Bianca her toddler skills.

Poor Bianca does NOT look thrilled to be learning to use the potty. XD

I think this one was because Jefferson maxed cooking. He only has to max body and then he's maxed all his skills.

Luckily the teens are fairly self-sufficient and are able to cook for themselves and make group meals so that the kids can eat too.

Time for another double birthday!

Beatrice and Barristan are now adults!

Barristan still gets roped into helping Bianca learn to walk and he's able to finish the job very quickly.

Barristan finishes one of his paintings that he'd started while Jordan paints portraits of him and Beatrice.

While Barristan waits for the portraits to be finished, he starts teaching Bianca to talk.

Jefferson's hours suck. He's always so tired and then he leaves so early in the morning that he and Jordan haven't had a chance to try for the next baby yet. :(

And it doesn't help that Jordan stayed up later than she probably should have to finish Barristan and Beatrice's portraits.

I was going to just wait until next week since my cut-off time is 7am, but Beatrice woke up at 5 with full energy, so she looks for a place for her and Barristan.

Buh-bye, guys!

Of course most of the kids had to wake up and follow them outside to say good-bye.

It works out though, because Ben was able to potty train Bianca. Now she just needs to learn to talk and she'll be the second kid to learn all three skills.

And I leave you with Bonnie raking up the leaves outside. It's going to be a never-ending problem in fall, I can already tell.
