We start this week with Hank very adorably playing with the peg box.

A heavily pregnant Danielle risks the health of her unborn child as she bends over to clean the toilet. I mean, just look at that sharp belly! Your stomach should NOT be doing that, especially not when you're pregnant!!

While starting to teach Hank to walk, Danielle becomes best friends with her son. Awwwwww.

And a few hours later, little Hank learns to walk.

Hugo comes home from work and immediately continues working on his body skill. It's my least favorite skill to have Sims learn because it seems to take FOREVER because pretty much everything they can do to get their body skill up drains their energy.

Later that night, little Hank becomes slightly less little.

Hank: Thanks for potty training me, Mom.
Danielle: No problem, kid. I just didn't want to keep changing your poopy diapers.
Hank: Thanks?

Soon after Danielle goes to bed, Hank heads out to the chess table. Thanks to playing with the peg box, he already has 4 logic skills, so getting a fifth will be really easy. Then he just has to get 5 skill points in another skill and he earns another point!
I'm also doing better about actually making a note of how many points the kids earn me. I didn't take very good notes on generation 1, so the kids might have actually earned me more points than I thought.

Danielle wakes up in the middle of the night and gives birth to a girl named Urie.

And she's blonde? I'm not sure how since Danielle has brown hair and Hugo has black hair. And neither grandparent had blonde hair... oh well. I guess that's just a mystery that shall never be solved.

Virgo (10/2/10/8/3)

The next morning, Danielle starts potty training Urie and then joins Lyndsay for some breakfast.

Then it's back upstairs to start teaching Urie to walk. I want that point for her learning all three skills!

I have Hugo start using the pool in the hopes that he'll gain body skill points easier than working out through the stereo. Hopefully it'll not only go quicker, but it won't drain his energy as quickly. We'll see.

It didn't take long at all for Urie to learn to use the potty. One skill down, two to go!

I managed to miss documenting the woohoo, but Danielle is pregnant with the third kid. Just two more kids and then you're done, Danielle. I just need a G and an O! Or I guess... you do. We do? I don't know. Halfway there!

Urie has a vaguely Sandy Bruty-ish face, but she's kinda cute. I don't know. Honestly, the kids this generation are just kind of... weird looking. They're all kind of cute in their own way, but not like the kids born into my legacies, for example.

Lyndsay taught Urie to... walk? talk? I don't actually remember which one this was. I know that she does manage to learn all three skills, so it probably doesn't really matter which one this is, to be honest.

Third pregnancy is confirmed!

DAMN IT. I really don't like the chance cards, sometimes. They're a pain in my BUTT. Especially because now he has a few days off before he can try and get repromoted.

Because Lyndsay is at work and Danielle is tired from her pregnancy, Hugo takes advantage of being home early to start teaching Urie to talk.

And he completes the job a few hours later. Yay! Urie has officially learned all three necessary skills.

Wow that's a big pop. You're not hiding twins in there, are you?
Danielle: Do I look like I know? This is the Sims. We can't know how many babies or what genders they are.

I love it when parents easily become best friends with their kids. <3

Oh, come on, Danielle! You work as a chef! You really shouldn't be setting fires when you're trying to cook.

I missed the cute head cock as a toddler, but Urie grew up!

And Danielle goes into labor as Hugo heads off to work, hopefully to get promoted again. He's so close to topping his career and achieving his LTW.

Anyway... it's another girl named Gina. Hopefully the fourth baby will be a boy so that I can actually hold an heir poll this generation.

Another blonde baby?! Maybe Danielle has secret blonde genes that she's passing on to the girls? I don't know... that's the only thing I can think of.
Gina
Aries (10/9/3/3/3)

It's Saturday, so the kids get to do whatever they want. Hank is working on his cooking skill because he can watch a cooking show with Danielle and skill AND get to know his mom better at the same time, and Urie opts to jump rope inside the house. Obviously a smart and super safe choice that won't lead to anyone getting hurt.

And now Hugo is back where he started at the beginning of the update.

I ended up forcing Hank and Urie to play chess together because they didn't really have a relationship, and I wanted that to change.

Gina is the cutest of the kids, I think. Her face is still a bit odd, but maybe she'll grow into those cheekbones.

Almost family dinner. I don't remember now where Danielle was. Work? Sleeping? Swimming??? I honestly couldn't tell you.

Hugo is pretty much perpetually in his swimsuit because he swims in his free time, but Gina doesn't seem to mind being taught to talk by her half-naked dad.

Danielle was at work! That's why she missed out on family dinner.

I love the awkward head pat when a toddler asks for attention. But also, Gina can now talk.

We need a fourth baby, so Danielle and Hugo try for a baby. Sadly, no chimes. :(

Poopy face! And the lack of adult legs nearby means that Gina is officially potty trained!

Lyndsay spends an afternoon teaching Gina to walk. Gina has now learned all her toddler skills, so she can do whatever she wants for her last day or two as a toddler (I don't remember how close she is to growing up).

Hopefully Danielle can top Culinary next week. I feel like it's taken her forever to get to level 7. Especially since she moved in at like level 4 or something. Only 3 promotions in 2 sim weeks isn't great.

We end the week with Danielle and Hugo trying for a baby again. I don't remember if chimes were heard or not... guess we'll find out next time!
